To qualify for a $1,000 to $3,500 scholarship, a student must have completed two full years of college credits with a minimum 3.0 GPA and have been accepted in a program leading to a degree in elementary education. Preference is given to students having permanent residence within a 25 mile radius of Buffalo Lake and then eligibility will be expanded to include other students from Central Minnesota. Demonstrated financial need is not a requirement, but consideration will be given to the student's need.
The application deadline is May 15th.
